Endeavor Malaysia has appointed Shan Li as its new managing director. With a rich background in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic growth, she brings a wealth of experience that will propel Endeavor Malaysia’s mission to empower high-impact entrepreneurs and nurture a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Shan Li’s career spans diverse industries and roles, reflecting her innovative and agile approach to business. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance before venturing into entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, she is the founder of Swipeless, a singles platform that connects people in real life, and the co-founder of Babydash, one of Malaysia's pioneering e-commerce platforms for the mum and baby industry.
Shan Li is also a partner at ScaleUp Malaysia, where she plays a pivotal role in accelerating and investing in startups. Her appointment comes at a critical time for Endeavor Malaysia, as the organisation continues to expand its global impact.
