Trimble Inc. has appointed Thomas Phang as the Vice President of Sales for Trimble Construction in the Asia Pacific region, which includes China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. With over 25 years of experience in driving sales growth within the technology sector, Thomas joins the team poised to enhance Trimble's market presence in the region.
Having been part of Trimble for over 13 years, Thomas previously held the position of Area Director in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. With a wealth of experience exceeding 25 years in the high-tech industry, including roles at Autodesk, Microsoft, Sun, and HP, he has demonstrated proficiency in building and leading multicultural teams across various Asian markets.

Thomas was instrumental in initiating the establishment of the Trimble Southeast Asia (SEA) division for Structures and held the position of Area Director, headquartered in Singapore. In this role, Thomas was pivotal in crafting business strategies and assembling a highly effective sales team, leading to significant revenue expansion for the Structures business throughout the region.
