The Italian porcelain tile manufacturer Florim and UAE-based Azizi Developments have a contract for the supply of cerim porcelain tiles for the corridor flooring at Creek Views II, the company's flagship project inside Dubai Healthcare City. The quality tiles will be delivered and installed by Lever Building Materials.
Having been in business for 60 years, Florim has cemented its position as the world's top provider of large-format porcelain stoneware tiles and slabs for floors, walls, worktops, furniture, and sustainable solutions. In recent years, Florim has received worldwide acclaim and major awards.
Rex, Casa Colce Casa - Casamood, Floor Gres, and Cerim are now included under Florim as an official uniting force, boosting them to further symbolise opulent, avant-garde, architecturally stimulating, and modern design expressions.
On the supply deal, CEO Farhad Azizi said: "This is yet another partnership worth highlighting, with it representing - and perfectly exemplifying - our overarching procurement strategy, with it being centered on sourcing of the finest building materials and components for our upscale projects."

In addition to two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully stocked gym, and a kids' play area, Creek Views II, a 587-unit residential development, is being developed to enhance lifestyles, he said.
