Before joining MapCom, Mohammed was the National Information Management Officer for the United Nations International Organization for Migration (UN IOM). He was remarkably resourceful and led from the front of humanitarian response coordination efforts, collaborating with the UNOCHA leadership, UN agencies, and NGOs to harness data for highimpact decision-making. Known for his active engagement with the Global Shapers Community, he has been involved in the development of a robust geospatial database for Erbil Governorate.
