After 17 years in law, working with global firms, and groundbreaking projects like Saudi Arabia’s Qiddiya under PIF and Expo 2020 in Dubai, I realized the critical role of operations in achieving sustainable growth. This realization fueled my passion for integrating strategy with actionable solutions, leading me to the world of management consulting.

As the Managing Director of NKO Consulting, I focus on reshaping how businesses approach strategy.
