Could you give a brief account of your professional journey and what inspired you to establish Livibe?

My professional journey has been a dynamic blend of corporate innovation and digital transformation, spanning across Southeast Asia. Guiding leading corporations through the intricacies of the new S-curve, I got a passion for deep technology, identifying a gap in Thailand's tech landscape. Thailand, traditionally a user economy, tended to adopt rather than create. Witnessing neighbouring countries like Vietnam swiftly evolving into tech powerhouses, I recognized the need to shift Thailand from a user to a maker economy. My dual roles in a Silicon Valley venture capital fund and a venture builder exposed me to the impact of game-changing tech startups. Two years ago, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, leveraging my expertise to establish Livibe. Our mission at Livibe is to pioneer immersive living experience technology bridging the physical and digital realms, transforming customer experiences for businesses. This journey encapsulates my commitment to propelling Thailand into a prominent role in the global tech landscape.

Define Livibe as an organization and its position in the market.

Livibe is a visionary organization pioneering immersive technology, seamlessly bridging the physical and digital realms. Our core ethos revolves around life-centric approach. People live in the messy world with an overwhelming feeling of life's complexity. Livibe believes that businesses must broaden their understanding of customers and the context of life, shift their responsibilities from compliance to caring, and work towards contributing to people’s wellbeing rather than draining their resources. Livibe develops an immersive living technology to help businesses to transform the customer experience, cut through the noise, find ways to respond their unmet needs and extends people’s limit through technology. How do you stay informed about the latest developments and trends within your industry?

In the ever-evolving landscape of innovation, change is the only constant. To stay ahead in this dynamic industry, perpetual reinvention is essential. Embracing disruption and recognizing that even startups can be disrupted, I prioritize continuous invention and re-evaluation of business strategies. Actively participating in conferences, engaging with industry experts, and learning wisdom from the world's best leaders form integral aspects of my approach. Additionally, I emphasize the development of robust technology to create a formidable market presence, making it challenging for competitors to catch up. The key is to remind yourself that it is not only about you catching the next wave, but about the next wave catching you, a concept that drives continuous innovation.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?

Within the team dynamic, I firmly believe in leading by example. As a leader, it's crucial to embody the principles we advocate and continually strive for improvement. Transitioning from being a time teller to a clock builder is a vital skill, one I work on daily. Rather than being a bottleneck, I empower my team to think independently and make decisions, fostering an innovative culture. I'm developing a cohesive team mentality of a football team. It is not always happy, it can be hard and tough at times. But the question is whether you want to be happy every day and achieve nothing, or whether you want to fight through it together and win the trophy.

What is the future destination you are headed towards?

Our trajectory is set toward transforming Thailand into a thriving maker economy, and at Livibe, our mission is deeply aligned with this vision. Collaborating closely with strategic partners in the local and regional landscape, we aspire to build the meaningful technology for people’s wellbeing. Beyond borders, we aim to serve customers globally, proudly waving the Thai flag on the international stage. Ultimately, we're dedicated to propelling Thailand into a creative economy through the impactful products we create.
