Condor Developers, based in the UAE, has declared the completion of its sixth residential project in Dubai - Condor Fortuna located in the Majan area of the Dubailand district. The AED120 million ($32.6 million) development provides 85 upscale apartments in Majan, with connectivity to four main roads linking significant Dubai attractions within a 10-to 30-minute drive.

The finishing of the Condor Fortuna raises the worth of Condor’s total portfolio of finished projects over the past two years to AED750 million ($204 million).

“Including Condor Fortuna, an exclusive and boutique residential project, we have achieved a milestone of releasing close to 500 premium apartments to Dubai’s residential stock across three projects over the last two years. Significantly, we have also handed over 95 percent of our units to investors in the last two completed projects, ahead of the committed timelines”.

“This also reflects the continuing demand for residential asset class in Dubai and reinforces the emirate’s reputation as a global property investment destination,” says Vidhyadharan Sivaprasad, Chairman and CEO of Condor Developers.

The projects delivered by Condor previously consist of AED230 million Condor Concept 7 at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), featuring 141 residential units, and AED300 million Golf Links 18 at Dubai Sports City, comprising 256 apartments.

"At Condor, our priority has been to complete projects within committed timelines, navigate market and economic fluctuations prudently, while ensuring quality and excellence. Condor Fortuna is further proof of our commitment and operational efficiency," states Sivaprasad.

Condor Fortuna features a gross floor area (GFA) of 89,404.45 sq ft, consisting of a basement, ground level, podium, five residential stories, and a rooftop section.

The project includes a combination of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with every residential level containing 17 units: one studio, 15 one-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom apartment.

The finishing of Condor Fortuna signifies yet another enhancement to Majan’s growing residential environment. The mixed-use development is situated close to Al Barari, Living Legends, and The Villa, covering more than 1.5 million square meters, featuring residential units, commercial areas, retail shops, and parks.

The developer mentioned that the new initiative strengthens its fundamental offering of creating valuable living environments and establishing an exceptional community-focused residential project, adds Sivaprasad.
