Donnacha Kinsella Named Head of Starcom KSA

Donnacha Kinsella boasts extensive experience in the field of media and advertising across various global markets, including key roles in the United States, Ireland, and over seven years in the Middle East region. With a specialization in digital marketing and data leadership, he brings a wealth of expertise spanning multiple client sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Finance, Automotive, and Technology. Notably, Donnacha has overseen media teams for major clients at Starcom ME, including significant accounts like Stellantis and P&G. In his recent position, he served as the global client lead at Mindshare, managing the Public Investment Fund (PIF) account, Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, where he played a crucial role in shaping media and advertising strategies and operations.
