Kim Si-han, who was appointed as the head of Hoban Construction's development project, is a real estate development expert who served as a director of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering's architectural development group through Daewoo Engineering & Construction and Samsung Securities.
Hoban Industrial appointed Kim Yong-il, the executive director, as the head of its construction and safety division. Executive Director Kim Yong-il is a civil engineering expert with various field experience and management capabilities and is leading Hoban Group's competitiveness in civil engineering by successfully completing PMI work when Hoban Group acquires Ultra Construction.
Korea Front has appointed Kim Joon-seok, vice president, as a general management executive. Vice President Kim Jun-seok is the head of Hoban Group's strategic planning division and is an M&A expert who led the acquisition of Korea Front in 2021.
Since last year, he has been the head of Korea Electric Power Company's management division and has demonstrated his capabilities in management, such as stabilizing Korea Electric Power Company's financial structure, reorganizing its business structure, and improving its management performance in a short period of time.
Kang Shin-joo, Executive Director of Hoban Hotel & Resort, has been appointed as the new head of the resort division. With 35 years of experience in customer service at Shinsegae and Ave New Fran, Executive Director Kang brings extensive expertise to the role.
