Hyundai Motor Group Chair Meets Nvidia CEO

Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chair Chung Euisun held a private meeting with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. During CES 2026, Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chair Chung Euisun held a private meeting with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, likely aimed at broadening the automaker's partnership with the chip company in autonomous driving.
The prominent meeting of the two tech leaders took place just after Nvidia launched the Alpamayo open AI platform for autonomous driving at the largest tech expo in the world.
Given that Hyundai Motor Group seems to be lagging in the worldwide competition for self-driving technology, Chung's discussion with Huang heightens anticipation for the automaker to integrate Nvidia’s latest autonomous driving system into its cars. Alpamayo enables vehicles to understand and think similarly to humans.
