Inspire Names Steven Wolstenholme as CCO

Inspire Entertainment Resort announced the appointment of Steven Wolstenholme as its chief casino officer, contributing over thirty years of expertise in integrated resort and casino operations throughout North America and Asia.
Wolstenholme will oversee the strategic direction of Inspire’s casino operations and guide its plans for mid- to long-term growth, the company stated. His responsibilities will also involve enhancing operational procedures and bolstering the resort’s market stance as Korea develops its integrated resort industry.
Wolstenholme was formerly the president and chief executive officer of Hoiana Resort & Golf in Vietnam and held the position of president at Okada Manila in the Philippines. His career encompasses the entire lifecycle of major integrated resort projects, from development and launch to steady operations.
Earlier in his career, Wolstenholme was the chief operating officer at Galaxy Macau, where he implemented organizational changes amid the global financial crisis, and as president of the Grand Sierra Resort in Nevada, where he enhanced operating profitability in a little over two years, according to Inspire.

He is highly respected in the field for his knowledge in casino operations, governance, and financial management, along with his experience in various integrated resort areas, such as hotels, meetings and exhibitions, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment.

“Inspire's ongoing establishment in Asia’s integrated resort sector will benefit from Steven’s global expertise and leadership, which will be crucial in steering our casino operations and future expansion,” the company stated.
Wolstenholme expressed his eagerness to collaborate with Inspire’s management and staff to enhance the casino operations at the resort.
“Drawing from the operational knowledge I’ve accumulated over 30 years in the global integrated resort sector, I am eager to help further Inspire’s ongoing expansion,” he stated.

Inspire, situated close to Incheon International Airport, launched as Korea’s initial large-scale integrated entertainment resort and has established itself as a venue merging gaming, entertainment, and hospitality.
