Leading China Firm CBAK Energy Enters Into Strategic Agreements with HiNa Battery and Hello Tech

HiNa Battery, a unicorn and top player in the sodium electricity market, and Hello Tech, the parent company of Jackery, a leading global portable power supplier, have each signed strategic agreements with CBAK Energy Technology, Inc., a leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer and provider of electric energy solutions in China.

According to the strategic partnership between CBAK Energy and HiNa Battery, HiNa Battery will have exclusive access to a portion of CBAK Energy's sodium-ion battery production line. HiNa Battery will regularly deliver to CBAK Energy premium cathode materials that have unmatched stability in the sodium electricity sector. Similar to this, Hello Tech agrees to increase its collaborative support for CBAK Energy under the terms of the strategic agreement with Hello Tech.

The strategic agreements were disclosed at the first Corporate Open Day for CBAK Energy in Nanjing, China. Shujun Li, general manager of HiNa Battery, Wanghua Yuan, a representative of Hello Tech, sell-side analysts from significant international investment banks, Chinese private equity investors, present and potential clients, other new energy industry experts, and members of the financial media were among the 170 attendees. At the ceremony, Mr Shujun Li spoke on stage about CBAK Energy's position as a pioneer in the field, its skill in the manufacture of cylinder batteries, and the breadth of the partnership between the two businesses. Mr. Wanghua Yuan praised the Company's standing in the market for big cylinder batteries and emphasized the significance of its partnership with CBAK Energy.

Additionally, CBAK Energy declared that it is the first business in the world to achieve big cylindrical sodium battery mass manufacturing and full-scale commercialization along the whole value chain from upstream to downstream during the Corporate Open Day.
