To expedite the global adoption of Digital Twins, Nemetschek is establishing a network of partnerships worldwide focused on reality capture, data integration, and value consulting. Initial partnerships have already been secured in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
A digital twin enhances visibility, boosts efficiency, and provides data-driven insights. dTwin is the industry's first solution to integrate all data sources of a building into a single comprehensive view. It combines all relevant information from CAD/BIM, IWMS, and more with real-time data from building operations, offering value through visualization, data analysis, and asset management. This platform enables owners and operators to optimize building operations using real-time information and data-supported decision-making criteria.
To ensure comprehensive and holistic service to customers and enable them to derive maximum value from a Digital Twin, Nemetschek is building an ecosystem of partners within the AEC/O industry that provides reality capture, data integration, and high-value consulting services. In the DACH region, dTwin is collaborating with DANZ FM and BIMm Services, both specializing in reality capture solutions. BIMm Services played a crucial role in the first dTwin pilot project, the digitalization of the Nemetschek Headquarters in Munich. Plandata GmbH, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, focuses on BIM products and services.
In the Scandinavian market, dTwin has forged a partnership with Sørensen Arkitektur AS, headquartered in Norway. This architectural consulting firm will assist clients in unlocking the full potential of dTwin for their architectural projects. Meanwhile, in Eastern Europe, Nemetschek has formed a partnership with consulting specialists ALLBIM NET, headquartered in Romania.
Partnering with SIMBIM, a renowned BIM and management consulting firm in Spain and Canada, marks a significant stride in catering to clients across the Iberian Peninsula and North American markets. Moreover, Open BIM (Hong Kong) Limited, a consulting company based in Hong Kong, will provide assistance to customers implementing dTwin.
