Noventiq Holdings PLC (Noventiq), a prominent player in digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions, is pleased to unveil a strategic collaboration with Net One Asia, a leading IT services provider based in Singapore. This venture signifies a noteworthy step forward in Noventiq's growth strategy within the Asia Pacific region. By harnessing the combined capabilities of both entities, the partnership aims to deliver comprehensive Microsoft technology solutions to the Singaporean market.

The establishment of the joint venture, operating as Noventiq Singapore Pte Ltd, underscores the dedication of both firms to fostering digital innovation. Centered on cybersecurity and Data & AI, incorporating Microsoft Copilot, Noventiq Singapore will provide a comprehensive range of Microsoft technologies and solutions akin to those deployed across 60 countries globally by Noventiq. This endeavor aims to expedite Noventiq's footprint in Singapore and throughout the APAC region, furnishing local enterprises with cutting-edge cybersecurity measures and Microsoft solutions.

Noventiq's involvement in the joint venture includes its substantial partnership with Microsoft as a global partner, boasting 15 Advanced Specializations. Additionally, it brings a dedicated team of 300 professionals operating across 8 countries in the APAC region, supported by resources from Noventiq’s Global Delivery Centers. On the other hand, Net One Asia contributes a team of 180 experts, operational excellence, a strong salesforce, and a customer base exceeding 1000 across Asia. This collaboration is uniquely positioned to drive growth by leveraging the synergies between the strengths of both companies.

The joint venture is anticipated to accelerate Noventiq's advancement in Singapore, mirroring its accomplishments in other emerging markets. The primary objective is to concentrate on the Singaporean market initially, with intentions to delve into new initiatives across the Asia Pacific region in due course. The joint venture will introduce a range of products, services, and solutions, incorporating Noventiq’s proprietary IPs like Weaver AI, Fintense, or Selecta, along with offerings centered on Microsoft technologies such as Copilot.
