He pictured contemporary Vietnamese women as patriotic, strong, caring, technologically proficient and environmentally aware pioneers, encouraging the VWU to broaden its "Sisterhood" guidance network and champion reading programs, digital competency, financial education, and mental wellness as fundamental initiatives.
The leader of the Party advocated for comprehensive digital modernization throughout the VWU, requiring every city and province to establish a minimum of one livelihood initiative or cooperative venture led by women, while ensuring each commune creates a distinctive "One Commune, One Product" (OCOP) offering made by women.

He emphasized the importance of early childhood education, proper nutrition, and child development as crucial tools for enhancing productivity and improving population standards, urging partnerships with law enforcement, judicial, and administrative agencies to address gender-based violence, human trafficking, and online criminal activities.
A key priority involves cultivating women in leadership roles. The official demanded concrete strategies across all VWU branches to discover, develop, and advance female leaders, highlighting training in project oversight, technology competencies, and communication abilities. He supported nurturing an emerging cohort of women officials prepared to embrace challenges and accountability for collective benefit.
Furthermore, he promoted safeguarding Vietnam's cultural traditions, encompassing the customary áo dài, food culture, handicrafts, linguistic heritage, and familial principles.
On the international front, he advocated for increased global participation. The VWU should strengthen ties with women's organizations across the world, international bodies, and networks of female executives and business owners. He stated that Vietnamese women need to speak up about social welfare, gender equality, business development, digital transformation, and sustainable growth at international and regional conferences.
