Vandana Sriram, a CPA, has been named Quanterix Corporation's new chief financial officer (CFO), with effect from August 21, 2023. Quanterix Corporation powers scientific research and ground-breaking diagnoses with ultrasensitive biomarker identification. Michael Doyle, the company's CFO since July 2021, is replaced by Sriram. Mike will, as previously stated, move into the position of Executive Director, Finance, where he will concentrate on strategic growth initiatives until his retirement in March 2024.

“Vandana is experienced in developing and executing strategic roadmaps and financial plans to foster growth opportunities,” said Masoud Toloue, CEO at Quanterix. “The executive team and I are thrilled to welcome her as a partner to further strengthen our current market position and build robust scale. I would like to thank Mike for his guidance and partnership over the last year as we kicked off and continue to successfully execute a major corporate transformation. I expect a smooth transition between Mike and Vandana, and I look forward to them working together into 2024.”

Sriram is a senior executive with international expertise who has helped high-tech manufacturing firms thrive through financial strategy and transformation for more than 20 years. The most recent position Sriram held was Senior Vice President of Global Finance at Azenta Life Sciences, where she was a member of the executive team and in charge of the Controllership, FP&A, and segment CFO duties.

She played a key role in managing the integration processes for the three acquisitions that took place within eight months after the split of Azenta and Brooks Automation and the subsequent capital deployment. Prior to joining Azenta, Sriram worked for GE Aviation, a top supplier of commercial and military aircraft engines and components, as Senior Executive and Head of FP&A.
