Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Euan Kenworthy as the new country manager for its Singapore office, effective 1 January 2025. Kenworthy succeeds Ulrike Wieduwilt, who will now take on the role of country leader for Greater China after a successful three-year tenure in Singapore.
In his new role, Kenworthy will oversee the Singapore office’s operations, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and driving growth as the firm expands its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. He currently leads the firm’s Private Capital sector in Asia-Pacific and its global Infrastructure practice.
Kenworthy brings extensive expertise in board and CEO succession planning and executive search, advising sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, and infrastructure funds on leadership development. He has more than 15 years of experience in leadership consulting and executive search, having worked with senior management and boards across London, Singapore, and Switzerland since joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2014.
