Separator

SilverSilverlake Axis, a Singaporean fintech and digital banking solutions company listed on the Singapore mainboard, has revealed a significant alliance with Indonesia's Bank Mandiri Taspen (Bank Mantap). This strategic partnership signifies Silverlake Axis' commitment to expanding its presence in Indonesia, emphasizing the country as a pivotal region for its business expansion. The collaboration entails implementing Version 12 of the Silverlake Axis Integrated Banking Solutions (SIBS) in over 390 branches of Bank Mantap, spanning across more than 40 provinces in Indonesia.

The goal of this endeavor is to contribute positively to the financial stability of the region, aligning closely with the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK)'s 2025 vision. This vision emphasizes the improvement of financial knowledge among individuals and the expansion of access to inclusive financial services across Indonesia. SIBS Version 12 has been specifically crafted to support a broad spectrum of banking functions, catering to both retail and commercial sectors, while being adaptable to the ongoing digital and open banking transformations.

The implementation of SIBS Version 12 is poised to streamline Bank Mantap's operations, enhancing efficiency and delivering cost benefits by capitalizing on the bank's existing infrastructure and expertise in information technology. Earlier this year, Silverlake Axis collaborated with Safeguards Corporation to introduce Malaysia's inaugural cloud-based Independent ATM Deployer (IAD), demonstrating its commitment to innovative financial solutions.
