STS Group Collaborates with UAE School Operators

In a new support initiative for households dealing with distance learning, the Dubai-based STS Group has collaborated with UAE school operators to revise transportation fee structures, declaring a pro-rata adjustment for April — expanding the assistance efforts already started by certain school groups.
The decision is made as parents manage home education and financial strains, with no transportation services available during the current remote learning phase.
STS Group, a transport service, accommodating over 120K students and over 4,000 buses each day across 95 schools in the GCC, has indicated that parents who have made advance payments will have their adjustments carried forward.
In a recent communication to parents, STS Group stated, “We aim to offer clarity after the recent disruption to in-person schooling. A pro-rata modification will be made to April transport charges to account for the effect on planned transport services during this time.
