Lockton, the world's largest independent insurance brokerage, welcomes Mr. Sudip Indani as its Managing Director and Head of People Solutions, India. Sudip has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry and will lead Lockton towards realizing its ambitious plans for growth in India along with enhancing People Solutions business across India.
For Lockton, Indani will be an essential member of the strategic leadership team for Lockton People Solutions in Asia and will lead the development of a unique proposition of People Solutions across India. He will lead a group of experts who deliver exceptional value to clients through benefits broking, consulting, risk management, data analytics, wellbeing, and healthcare strategy by using a tech-enabled advisory approach towards innovative solutions.
Prior to joining Lockton, Sudip was the Executive President and National Head of Health & Benefits Practice at Howden. He has also handled senior leadership roles in some of the prominent companies around the world such as Willis Towers Watson, Aon, and India Insure. He has been a leader in benefits business expansion across India, Singapore, and Thailand. In his earlier role, he was Country Head for Health and Benefits in Thailand and led APAC Regional Sales for RBM. His portfolio includes regional and pan-India operations and strategic leadership positions in benefits consulting, risk management, and healthcare strategy.

Sudip holds a Science degree and an Executive MBA from IIT Bombay and Washington University, along with a Postgraduate degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the Birla Institute of Management. His professional qualifications from the Insurance Institute of India and the Singapore College of Insurance further highlight his commitment to excellence.
