CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has appointed Tan Choon Siang as the new deputy chief executive officer of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management, which manages CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT), according to a filing on January 14.
Tan, who currently serves as the CEO of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management (CMRM), the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Trust, will hand over his role to Yong Su-Lin on February 1.
Yong, who was previously the managing director of Malaysia and China and an interim chief financial officer, Asia of Lendlease Group, will assume the position of CEO of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management on Feb 1.
Tan will assist the CEO of the manager of CICT, Tony Tan after he assumes his new role.
Other appointments within CapitaLand Investments have also been announced. Yvonne Siew will be appointed managing director & head, of product development and wealth markets, private capital markets, with effect from Jan 22.
Seow will lead all product development, client services, and marketing communications for CLI’s private funds. Before joining CLI, Seow was head of real estate advisory and investments at the Bank of Singapore.
CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has also recently appointed Gerry Chan as CEO of CapitaLand China Trust Management, effective January 1. He succeeds Tan Tze Wooi, who now serves as CLI's Group Risk Officer. Additionally, CLI appointed Ervin Yeo as CEO of Commercial Management, effective January 1. Yeo also holds the position of Group Chief Strategy Officer at CLI.
