ViewQwest, a leading provider of telecommunications, network, and security services, strengthens its expansion efforts with the appointment of Teddy Ko as Head of Business Development and Sales – North Asia, overseeing Hong Kong, Macau, the Greater Bay Area, and Taiwan.
With 27 years of experience in the ICT industry and a proven track record of driving double-digit growth across consumer, corporate, and international markets, Ko will lead business development and sales initiatives in the region, focusing on building client relationships, securing strategic partnerships, and delivering customized solutions for enterprise digital transformation.
Ko brings extensive leadership experience from his previous roles at major industry players. He served as Country Director for Singapore Telecom Hong Kong Ltd., managing and driving operational efficiency and profitability. At HKT, where he had two tenures, he was instrumental in managing end-to-end cloud strategies, solutions, and carrier-grade network facilities. He also held the role of Head of Solutions at Dimension Data China / Hong Kong Ltd. where he demonstrated his ability to lead innovation and deliver transformative solutions.
In addition to his corporate experience, Ko has been a proactive industry leader, demonstrating his dedication to technological advancement in the region. He has served as the convenor of the Cloud Computing Special Interest Group at the Hong Kong Computer Society and as a member of the FinTech Committee at the Hong Kong Innovation Technology Development Association.
