Thompson Spencer Appoints Megan Clark Cook as Managing Partner

Megan Clark Cook has been hired by Thompson Spencer as a Managing Partner. Her duties include coordinating the agency's skills in the areas of performance, media, and creativity and fostering growth in both new and current client relationships.
Thompson Spencer now unifies seven specialized businesses and an internal production suite under a single brand after the firm merged with Reason earlier this year.
The business claims that this places it among New Zealand's biggest independent agencies.
As a master of opportunity and integration, Clark Cook will be essential in fostering expansion in both new and current client relationships and coordinating the combined strength of Thomson Spencer's enlarged product line. Thompson Spencer is now one of the biggest independent agencies in New Zealand after a historic merger with Reason earlier this year that brought together seven specialized businesses and an internal production suite under a single brand.

She later held Managing Partner positions at Wunderman Thompson and Ogilvy, where she bolstered relationships with Coca-Cola, Ford, Samsung, and The University of Auckland while also speeding growth.
In addition to her work with clients, Clark Cook has long been a well-respected voice in the communications sector. She has chaired several industry councils, served on the Executive Board of the Comms Council, and judged at the Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, and Effies, Axis, and Pressies in Aotearoa.
