Vertex Group, the global enterprise services firm based in New York, disclosed its acquisition of Singapore’s T-Ventures for SGD 8.5 million, representing a notable enhancement of its global presence and enterprise strengths.

The deal expands Vertex Group into Singapore, marking its eighth global market, and formalizes consulting as the group's ninth business sector. This marks Vertex Group's third acquisition in a year, fast-tracking the company's evolution under Vertex 2.0 from a diversified business services entity into a cohesive global enterprise services and transformation platform.

Now including consulting in its offerings, Vertex Group can connect with enterprises (notably in North America, Europe, and Asia) much sooner in their transformation processes, progressing past execution to assist organizations in pinpointing opportunities, tackling intricate business issues, establishing transformation strategies, and implementing those strategies across technology, operations, and customer experience on a large scale.

The integration forms a more comprehensive end-to-end business offering that includes consulting and strategic advisory, market analysis, customer experience and operational processes, workforce development and training, AI and data technology services, along with enterprise workspace solutions. For business partners, it signifies a major change in the Vertex offering: a single global partner able to assist enterprises in strategizing, transforming, operating, and scaling.

T-Ventures offers extensive consulting expertise in the automotive, fintech, BFSI, and IT-ITeS sectors, catering to over 120 clients in North America, Europe, and Asia through ongoing annual contracts and customized consulting projects. The organization announced a yearly revenue of SGD 12.9 million in the last fiscal year.

The acquisition will further position Singapore as a key strategic hub for Vertex Group in Asia, enhancing its connectivity to regional and global companies while broadening the group’s consulting expertise in North America and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Simar Arora, Co-founder, Vaani Powered by Vertex Group and DK Vertex says, “The opportunity for Vertex is not simply to keep adding businesses, but to make those capabilities work together. Enterprises today don’t need more vendors; they need partners who can connect the dots. With consulting now sitting alongside analytics, technology, customer experience and execution capabilities across the Group, we can move from identifying a business problem to delivering the outcome. That connected model is where I believe Vertex can create significant differentiation globally.”

Alex Campbell, Founder, T-Ventures says, “Joining Vertex Group creates an exciting new chapter for T-Ventures and significantly expands what we can offer our clients. Our consulting expertise, combined with Vertex’s capabilities across analytics, technology, customer experience and operations, creates the opportunity to take clients much further from recommendation to implementation and measurable outcomes. Importantly, we retain the entrepreneurial culture and consulting depth that have built T-Ventures while gaining access to a much larger international platform. We see enormous potential in what the two organisations can build together.”
