What is the future vision or goal you are working towards?
My vision is to transform New Home Realty into a nationally recognized brand, blending a hybrid model of portal and agency services. I aim to create a seamless experience where clients can easily find their dream homes, while also partnering with developers to create smart, eco-friendly residential communities. Additionally, I aspire to expand Mandala Estate Hub into a regional brand, catering to global investors within the Thai market. By integrating technology and digital innovations such as virtual tours, AI-based matching, and blockchain, I plan to reach and engage a global audience, reshaping how real estate is experienced and accessed worldwide.
Drawing from your experience in the industry, what guidance would you offer to aspiring leaders in this field?
First, develop a deep understanding of the market and remain transparent with clients. Success also hinges on building and investing in a strong, capable team.
