Itandi, a prominent GA Technologies Group company, specializes in real estate tech platforms, including SaaS services, to enhance efficiency in rental management and brokerage. With a robust presence in Japan, Itandi has become the most utilized brokerage firm in four real estate lease management services, boasting a market share of approximately 30% in lease applications nationwide. The company, driving the digital transformation of the real estate leasing industry, processes around 970,000 online lease applications annually from approximately 2,700 companies.
Renosy (Thailand) Co., Ltd., another key player in the collaboration, maintains a leading market share in real estate rental brokerage for foreign residents in Thailand. With a focus on major Japanese companies and their staff, Renosy (Thailand) has built a user base of 18,500 people and operates the dearlife by Renosy luxury rental property search platform. The platform handles over 2,000 brokerage cases annually and has engaged with around 1,000 individual real estate owners and corporates in Thailand.
The entry of Itandi into the Thai market is seen as a strategic move by GA Technologies Co., Ltd. to strengthen its property management DX business in Southeast Asia.
