BNCERA, a company that develops aesthetic medical products, launched its first manufacturing facility in Incheon, Korea, boosting its production capabilities for its main products like fillers and skin boosters.
Located in Namdong District of the western port city, the factory was constructed as a strategic hub to help the company meet increasing global demand.
Built to comply with GMP standards, the plant ensures rigorous quality control, process stability, and product safety.

Meanwhile, BNCERA is continuing the necessary GMP compliance procedures to fulfill its aim of creating a reliable supply chain and enhancing quality competitiveness according to international standards.
Important BNCERA leaders such as Chairman Rahmat Bozorov, co-founders Fred Bozorov, Andrew Parviz, and Jaha Zoda, along with officials from the Namdong District Office and the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, took part in the event.
Over a hundred executives and representatives from BNCERA's partner companies were also present at the ceremony. Park Joo-bong, who is the chairman of the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the chairman of Daejoo-KC Group, celebrated the inauguration of the plant and committed to supporting its upcoming activities.
Sinan, the founder and chairman of the Global Business Alliance in Korea and CEO of Kervan Group, emphasized the success story of BNCERA, which started in 2018 when the company was founded by co-founders Andrew Parviz, Jaha Zoda, and Fred Bozorov.
BNCERA characterizes the plant as "beyond just an abstract idea" and "a substantial commitment that's difficult to replicate," indicating that the company has made a significant investment in the plant, viewing it as a vital move for its future projects.
International distributors and doctors who assess suppliers in South Korea's beauty industry look at more than just the quality of the products; they also consider supply reliability, documentation standards, how responsive the partners are, and the ability to grow without affecting consistency.

In those regions, the new facility is anticipated to boost BNCERA's attractiveness to international customers. BNCERA stated that the facility was created to provide improved process control, better consistency between batches, increased scalability, and enhanced preparedness for procedural documentation and quality standards, which are becoming more necessary in global regulatory settings. BNCERA's newly established manufacturing facility runs a 14-step pipeline to guarantee thorough research and inspection of its Tesoro brand hyaluronic acid aesthetic products.
The lab is responsible for everything from creating formulas to evaluating elasticity and analyzing particle properties, laying the scientific groundwork for the company's range of products. Later stages entail receiving and inspecting raw materials, then accurately weighing them for production.
The materials are then subjected to dissolution crosslinking, dialysis purification, milling gel homogenization, blending with lidocaine, syringe filling, and sterilization. Following three rounds of testing, the products undergo automated particle inspection, assembly, labeling, and packaging before being stored and shipped to clients.

BNCERA has developed an exclusive technology known as H.E.R.S. Cross-linking. H.E.R.S. is an acronym for “high quality, elasticity, refined, systematic control,” which symbolizes a cross-linking strategy focused on enhancing performance, consistency, and usability for physicians. Hwang Yoo-jin, who leads the company's production team, mentioned at the opening ceremony that precise milling and classification help achieve a more consistent particle profile.
