JobKorea Unveils Platform to Make Hiring Easier for Companies

JobKorea, the biggest career and recruitment platform in Korea, announced a comprehensive hiring solution named Hiring Center, aimed at corporate clients looking to enhance their recruitment processes.
The platform, originally accessible to a limited number of companies, consolidates the complete hiring process — including job postings, applicant monitoring, communication, and operational reporting — into one interface.
The platform is created to function as a unified center for all recruitment-related activities, substituting disjointed tools and procedures that previously worked across different systems.

The Hiring Center facilitates collaboration among multiple users, permitting recruitment teams to oversee the complete hiring process in a common workspace. Essential functionalities involve arranging candidates by job listings, monitoring advancement at every hiring phase, engaging with applicants, arranging schedules, and creating performance reports — all via one dashboard.
The firm stated that the platform’s cohesive design aims to improve transparency and operational effectiveness during the hiring process.
The platform includes an AI-driven automated job posting feature, allowing companies to create recruitment listings faster and lessen repetitive manual tasks.
The new platform additionally incorporates Talent Agent, an internally developed AI-driven recruitment tool by JobKorea. The system understands a recruiter’s goals via natural-language queries, evaluates the context and needs of job postings, and suggests appropriate candidates, providing justifications for each recommendation.
The company stated that Talent Agent transcends traditional keyword-focused searches by utilizing a context-oriented method to facilitate more accurate hiring choices.
JobKorea stated it aims to enhance its AI recruitment features and broaden the cohesive hiring ecosystem by strengthening links between its services.
"The recruitment landscape is changing quickly, and so are the methods that companies use for hiring," according to reports.
"We will utilize Hiring Center as the core for seamlessly linking various recruitment services — alleviating the operational strain on organizations and aiding them in acquiring talent more efficiently," says JobKorea.

Earlier, JobKorea successfully finalized the acquisition of the job search platform Jobplanet. The completion of the acquisition process was disclosed by the company, indicating the official closing on December 31st, thereby establishing Jobplanet as an official subsidiary of JobKorea effective immediately.
The acquisition signifies the company's strategic shift away from a job posting-centric model towards an advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform that seamlessly combines corporate intelligence and career information.
The company announced that it will leverage JobKorea's vast recruitment database along with Jobplanet's company reviews and insights on work environments to provide AI-driven assistance that not only suggests appropriate job openings but also offers explanations for each recommendation.

As part of this initiative, the company intends to enhance the quality and comprehensiveness of its services in order to solidify its standing as the premier recruitment platform in Korea.
After the announcement of the acquisition, the company intends to reveal additional strategic information, outline the future direction of its AI service, and discuss collaboration plans with Jobplanet during its 30th anniversary event on January 29th.
